The twins are off the board. The Suns selected Brook's twin brother Robin with the 15th pick and the Suns now have insurance for Shaquille O'Neal's shaky knees in the near future and also hopefully have locked up the center position so that Amare Stoudemire can remain at his more comfortable power forward position.
Sorry Fantasy owners who own Stoudemire in keeper formats. This means 2008-09 will likely be Amare's last year as a center in Fantasy.
As far as Lopez is concerned, the Suns will work him in slowly. He likely won't be as much of Fantasy factor as his brother in New Jersey because he doesn't figure to get a lot of playing time. However, Shaq should miss his usual 20-plus games as has been the norm for him lately and Lopez could be of some use as an in-season stopgap. He'll be an energy guy off the bench and could develop along the lines that Joakim Noah did as a rookie.
